Refund & Delivery Policy
Please review this policy before purchasing a customized Modatus build.
Customized digital product
Every Modatus purchase is prepared for the individual customer using their selected model, instructions, hardware profile, and approved files. Delivery is electronic; no physical product is shipped.
All sales are final
Modatus does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to the customized and digital nature of the product. Production resources may be committed immediately after payment. This policy applies to the $1,000 customized private-AI build and to any separately accepted LoRA or full-parameter fine-tuning quote, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Delivery timing
Full production typically takes 1–2 business days after payment and all required approvals are complete. This timing is an estimate rather than a guarantee. We will use the account status page to report progress or an error requiring attention.
Delivery problems
If your package is not delivered, is inaccessible, or appears damaged, use our contact form. We may retry production, repair the package, provide replacement access, or take another action required by law. Duplicate or unauthorized charges should be reported promptly through the same form.
